Movement and Nutrition should be nurturing, individual and used for a life of capability, energy and activity! My Coaching focuses on ADDING value, strength, nutrients and real food and never taking away. My goal is to shift that mindset of restriction and instead add more “things” to live a longer healthier life!
I teach proper movement patterns based on your specific restrictions, strength and experience. From there we build stability, strength, range of motion and work to prevent injury in order to achieve longterm health and performance.
I teach the basics of macro and micronutrients with whole REAL food. I try and educate my clients about supporting local, simplifying eating by sticking to what is close and shifting reliance on processed convient un-food when possible.
My goal is teaching long-term lifestyle change that is always dependent on YOU as an INDIVIDUAL.
